Because we are a non-profit organization, the majority of our services are free or extremely affordable. However, for us to be able to give so much to the community in exchange for so little money, donations are vital to the availability of our services. If you want to be a part of our Camino community but don’t have availability to give your time, please consider giving financially. Every gift impacts the lives of over 20,000 people that we serve annually—and YOU can be a part of it.
Think about it—If you give up your $5 Starbucks drink just once a week, you could give $20 a month! And although your Venti, Skim, Extra Shot, Extra-Hot, Extra-Whip, Sugar-Free Caramel Macchiato makes you feel good for your commute to work, your donation will make THOUSANDS of people feel good for life.
Consider HOW you can give. Sometimes you can’t give up that cup of Joe in the morning—believe us, because we work in the non-profit world, we understand the need to be caffeinated! But, maybe there are other ways you can free up some cash and change the lives of people in your community.
Our Thrift Store is also always looking for donations of gently used household items, clothes, and furniture. Have some extra things lying around that you don’t use anymore? Consider donating them! Keep in mind all donations are tax-deductible.

There’s a lot to be done at Camino Community Center and we would love your help! If you’re interested in donating your time, please contact us below. We hope that at this point you have already reviewed the different ways in which we serve the community. As a volunteer, you don’t necessarily have to choose only one place to help. If there are multiple areas you would like to serve in, let us know.
Whether as an individual or as a group you are looking for community service hours, the Camino Community Center is a great way to fulfill those requirements locally and with an impact. Contact our community service organizer for more details about how to serve and how to document those service hours.
